Bar’s Leaks Radiator Stop Leak is specially formulated to seal minor leaks up to 0.9mm in size occurring in the cooling system. Bar’s Radiator Stop Leak works on plastic, aluminum, and metal radiators. Bar’s stops leaks in heater cores, engine cooling jacket, gaskets (including head gaskets), and freeze plugs. In addition, Rhizex particles reduce cavitation by breaking-up the ultra-low pressure cavities, and reduce or eliminate the internal micro-implosions.

In 1958 Bar's Leaks saved an important mission of the first nuclear submarine, USS Nautilus. In 1958, the USS Nautilus made its historic journey to traverse under the North Pole and ran into a major system failure which threatened the entire mission. The crew of the Nautilus determined there was a leak in the Nuclear Submarine Condensing System. Incredibly, the mission was saved and Bar's Leaks assumed its position in United States Naval History.
